Personally, I'm not going to bother with a frame. In Texas, you can get ticketed if ANY of the lettering on the plate is covered up. And since the city of San Antonio must base half its annual budget on the collection of ticket fees, I'm not going to give them the opportunity to get any extra cash out of me. [:'(]
