Default 73 Challenger Steering column

Can anyone help me to identify the name of the part I am missing from my 73 Challenger stearing column? There should be some type of bellows or boot below the steering wheel. This is the way it was when I bought the car.

That is an aftermarket steering wheel. The factory wheel was bigger in diameter. There is a black or colored collar right below the steering wheel, but with your picture they have reduced the size and put on the aftermarket wheel. You may not be able to use the collar with that wheel. The one in the picture seems smaller than the factory one. I hope this helps. Look up Challenger steering wheel on E-Bay Motors and you will see the difference.
