Question Need help with dash panel removal (2018)

Hey all.. new member here.. could use some info! I'm stumped.

I have a 2018 Challenger R/T Plus, and I need to get behind the Driver Side lower dash panel (under the steering wheel).

I took the side dash cover off and found a screw, and at the bottom it appears to be hinged on a bolt. I have tried pulling on it and it doesn't budge. What am I missing? I don't want to break anything.

Thanks in advance! MC

OK-- Finally figured it out!

1st you remove the Driver side dash end plate. Then there is a small trim piece to the left on the door sill - pull it off. Then remove the larger bottom door sill plate. There are 2 screws on the kick plate - remove them. Then the dash kick plate pulls off pretty easy as it it attached with 4 clips. 3 across the top, and one at the bottom right. Pull the dash kick plate "off" and not "down." Install is the opposite of the procedure. Start by starting the lower right clip first.
