Both my u-connect voice dialing and navigation address book are down. Bummer. I get a message "searching" when I try to go into my address book and my u-connect does not dial anymore. I am going to disconnect the battery to see if it helps. Kinda of like rebooting windows. Anyone else with this problem?

New News:
The problem fixed itself with OUT rebooting by disconnecting the battery. The problem also re-occurred again and fixed itself later again. I hate intermittent problems. I am working on backing up my address book.

 

This is exactly why I ordered the basic $21,995 SE. I figure the wind-up clock on my first car (a 1950 Ford) didn't work, so why would I expect something more technologically advanced than that to work.

 

So... you do back up on a floppy disk? Boot up the car from a USB drive? Are you getting Windows blue screen of death? Dang... whats next? [8D]
