Is anyone having trouble with u-connect not dialing or navigation not finding your address book? It happened to me twice. I have narrowed the problem to the address book not being accessible at times. When I go to "my files" the my picture icon is NOT lit and when I click on the "My address book" icon; it just hangs in an endless search. Fortunately it eventually fixes itself.

The second problem is that I went to backup my address book as page 186 of the navagation manual says. It says to go to www.chrysler.com/mygig/ to do this. It also says to go here to check for updates. The problem is, is that it take you to Chrysler.com but then displays "page not found". So what is the correct URL to go to for address book backup and updates? I am very disappointed that Chrysler leads us to a dead page. They could have easily done a "redirect" to a good page.
