WOW RLSH700 is going to love this article. I for one love how a well known and credible magazine such as car and driver predict this car to go 0-60 (as i have predicted) in 4.7-4.8 seconds and tops at 178 mph. Car and driver continues to impress me bye its unbias article which states the facts that the challenger is pretty much a 2door charger but states the aerodynamics of the car help it and hurt it in performance numbers that other bias magazines cough cough(motortrend --edmunds) dont even bother mentioning. like saying "to be fair chevy didnt have as easy a task in returning its retro muscle to the market due to them having to wait for a new platform for the camaro." that is real unbias journalism. thanks for the post jeremiah, KEEP EM COMIN!

btw RLSH i JUST USED THE EDIT BUTTON! OMG[]


btw i wonder if they will offer those dive panels to go on the side of the challenger to make it more aerodynamic like the article said the mules had.?

You're correct about that kevin. This backs up a lot of what I have been saying for a while. Actually I believe you misinterpreted what they said, they said the top speed is at 173 mph, but it's easy to make that mistake when the writing is that small and still is much faster than the GT500. I'm not going to completely agree with you that C & D is 100% bias free, there is not a signal outlet that is objective 100% of the time if you look at the different articles. Lately C&D has been doing a better job is all. I also thank you for using the edit button (there you see, I knew you could do it.)

I subscribe to both Car & Driver and Motor Trend. I didn't get the new issue of C&D yet, but I got my new Motor Trend today. It has the Challenger on the cover, plus several articles about it and other Dodge cars. It sounds like a very refined driving car with a lot of soul to it. I like how C&D described the engine loudness as "barely legal." I like things that are barely legal
