As of Thanksgiving Day, the official countdown clock reads 76 days until the introduction of the 2008 Challenger!

I certainly have been looking at it from time to time.
Have a great Thanksgiving.

Happy New Year! [sm=happybounce.gif]
Well, we made it guys- 2008, the "Year of the Challenger."
Only 36 more days until the 2008 production model is revealed at the Feb. 6 Chicago Auto Show. From the spy photos, I think that we have a pretty good idea what the car will look like. I am very interested in seeing the interior. It has been reported that that is the one area that differs most significantly from the concept car.
Also, don't forget to check out the Barrett-Jackson auction this Sat. and Sunday to see how much the 2008 Challenger goes for. [sm=gears.gif]

Yep, I am very interested on how the interior will turn out. Everybody is saying that the car is better than the concept and I hope they are right.

yes, we are just about there. Has it really been a two year wait? That alone is reason enough foe me to wait until later this year for the 09's, but reason still to see the product toon version up close. For that it seems hard to wait, ahhh!

Yes, it has been two very long years for me. kamtrah, if you had joined us 2 years ago it would seem very long as we sometimes talked about topics
that didn't have anything to do with the CHallenger just to keep the forum going.

You can always add the timer to the background of your wallpaper on your desktop if your crazy like me lol.
<Right click on "desktop"
<select "properties" then "desktop"
<click "customize desktop" then the tab "web"
<click "new," make the location http://www.dodgechallengercountdown.com/
<click "ok" then "ok" again. make sure the box is checked under web pages
<click "ok" then "apply" and "ok."
It makes the time go by slower but I still like it
** you may have to resize it to just the timer and I like to put it in the upper right since then thebox around it hides **

RE: Have you seen the Challenger countdown clock lately?
I like taking new Challenger pictures and making them desktops fairly often.
Having the countdown would bore me stiff and I have to believe that it sucks up too much computer resources
because it has to poll the web every second.
I am usually making my computer come to its knees too much to implement that anyways.
We also have several big gamers in the household that always makes the wired high speed keep busy and
I am always downlong files as big a 600M bytes plus I do total computer backups to a server in another state.
