Default MOPAR magazine

yet another new find. MOPAR magazine for service techs arrived today, July aug 08 issue Cover photo is Leno with orange 1970 Hemi Challenger. Inside letter to editor, and pg 19 accessories for Challenger.

I've notice my "finds" posts get lots of hits but no replies, so I figure ... what???

I leave for road trip (6 weeks 6,000 miles) in 9 days. I might need help buying up magazines and keeping up with the finds...anybody up to this Challenger challenge?

Well hate to burst your bubble dude... but the Challenger is HERE now. These articles about it aren't news anymore - in case you haven't noticed (and I'm sure you have), they're EVERYWHERE. Hate to sound rude, but I think your quest on posting about every Challenger article you can find has basically outlived its usefulness. I think even Cosmopolitan now has a write up about it, if that tells you anything.

I think a bigger challenge now (pardon the pun) would be what magazines or newspapers DON'T have articles about the Challenger...

Hey Doc, will look forward to you stopping by to see Mopar2ya's Challenger here in Seattle. Mine is the '09 so I won't have mine by the time you pass on by. Rubberbndman may have his by the time you come on by, so look us all up.

Yankee, do you know which issue of Cosmo? May will be off the stands, June will be off the stands, and July will now be up. So maybe it's not important to you. But I like collecting the stuff, and I rely on, and I've been helped by kindhearted people from all over the world.
Here on the forum I rely on the interests of other members that find items in their lives that I can search out and add to my (the) collection.

Folks that have come by the building have been impressed at seeing the items in my collection. In part, it is a preservation of history, and it's lots easier collecting it as it comes up, than trying to find something out of print, etc...
You are wewlcome sometime to visit.

kramtrah, my plan remains to be on Snohomish and Snoqualame Fri July 25 and 26. Some local thunderbird forum members plan to meet for dinner one of those nights, seems like Salish Lodge Sat 7/26. Then we drive to Seattle the same night.

Please help arrange the three of you to meet us for dinner.

I'll have lap top for wifi to continue plans to get together.

Unfortunately I'm just too busy to do anything like that. Something to think about, the reason why you get high hits but low posts is sometimes that these are not really topics that you can really discuss other than to show appreciation, which don't get me wrong should be showed, but there really isn't much to talk about some of these topics as the article will speak for itself. Just know that the number of hits actually reflects quite well on the interest of your topic. BTW, I cleaned up the two extra postings. I think our technology is still having issues as my poll didn't work. I decided to keep this one since it had the most postings. (my apologies to Paladin)

Thank you, and I agree. Thanks too for helping with technical issues.
