Was at the dealer where I purchased my R/T . They had bunch of SRT 8 Challenger's . Noticed the scoop opening in the front spolier on each side of the car. Are they for the brakes or what . They had a total of 23 Challengers with most being SRT 8 .

 

yes, scoops in the front chin spoiler are for brake cooling.

 

That's what I thought . But didn't know for sure.

 

There is one on Ebay (not mine) right now. I think it was around $99 bucks if your looking for one
