I am stuck on the part about turning the key....

I had a 07 Quad Cab Ram 1500 4x4 with Hemi . Had a option called tip start. You just turned the key clock wise and let go . it would then start the engine . About the same as the start button I guess. I have to hold the manual key for maybe a second .
