If it was a GT500 then you beat the driver not the car. That is the reality of the situation. Whether you can accept that or not. Probably the latter.

I've read round enough to have more backing my opinions on these matters than a single motortrend or R&T article.

As for fearing x car, you have a lot more to fear than just the Vette.

HEMI is the V8....Challenger is THE CAR...
I am sorry you guys are so lost.
I am sure there is a fast YUGO out there for you.
And when it comes to a roll and go or top end GOODBYE....
I know the SRT8 will beat a Shelby off the line stock I did it....
Did your bathroom reading material have any insight on this?
I can see a popularity contest here that the Challenger cant win by numbers.
The Vette is probably the only car to FEAR in my Challenger.
What is top end on the Mustang? Is it as reliable?
As for GTO....LMAO..rebadged Le Mans or Grand Prix..WTF.

Mustang boys move on..get a life.

even as biased as I am I know you are either full of crap or you raced a really really bad driver.

good kill anywayz

As for new cars no...Vette is about it.
I guess the guy in his Shelby could not drive.
He managed to chirp tires on second and third.

0-60 breaking loose I got 5.22. Published number is 5.5 I believe. Stock.
With CAI and Tune down to 4.67.

Numbers numbers...The Bull$hit stops when the green flag drops.....

As for looks...no contest....

@RUBBERBNDMAN

You have an SRT8 or an R/T? Just curious. Don't see any sig.

Regarding fearing stock new cars. A straight C6 would be there. A competently driven GT500 would be. There may be some imports such as the GT-R that would easily give you a run. Probably a few others out there, I'll just have to do some research on it.

And yeah if it's a GT500 he didn't know how to drive.

NO REAL MEN enjoy their car and dont use it as some form of machismo to make up for some other small assets in their life if you catch my drift.
I will gladly take you on in my RT when it gets here (manual btw) and easily get by you with very slight mods and you will be stuck chirpping your tires yelling HEMI YEAH RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......

bus pass? you might as well be driving a bus with those crap 0-60s you are pulling. I am starting to believe you really didnt race a gt500 and you are just stating these stories to boost your huge ego lol.
