Regarding fearing stock new cars. A straight C6 would be there. A competently driven GT500 would be. There may be some imports such as the GT-R that would easily give you a run. Probably a few others out there, I'll just have to do some research on it.
And yeah if it's a GT500 he didn't know how to drive.

rip i never thought of that. There are alot of gt500 badged gts...you know ford is offering the gt now with the supersnake body kit and badges for 38k so it was probably one of those. Wow I completely forgot about that. I have seen v6s around miami with the gt500 body and badges. AHHH man why do those posers have to feed the egos of these fools.

I don't think anyone is questioning how much confidence you have. More like whether there might be an overabundance of said confidence.
