So for the past month I have had a squeal under the hood. Thought maybe it was a belt but it looks like its the water pump. Car only has 34,000 miles on it and the water pump locks up on it this morning. Luckily it is covered under the powertrain lifetime warranty but damn.

Called the Chrsyler Roadside Assistance for a tow and it took 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck to show up. First called they said it would be within the hour. Hour goes by nothing so I called again. They had a glitch in the system the call never went thru. So now I need to wait another hour and still nothing so I called tow company and they are on there way. So after 2 1/2 hours after the intial call I get towed. Why can't people follow up with a phone call?

Anybody else have this problem?
