I must admit, I prefer the looks of the K&N unit. The chrome unit (with the blue rubbers) looks too ricey for my taste.

 

The main reason I went with the K&N was the HP gains. It's supposed to add 21 HP, as opposed to all of the other CAI's which only gain 10HP. It was the most HP gain out of all of them that I found.
