Pics of Dodge Challengers from the Trans-Am racing series?
I am looking for pics from the Trans-Am Racing series in which Dodge Challengers raced in. So far I have found only one 1970 Dodge Challenger, the green #77 driven by Sam Posey. Were there any other Dodge Challengers raced in the Trans-Am racing series back in the day? If so can someone provide pics of these cars. I have Forza Motorsport 2 for the X-Box 360 and I need to see how these cars looked in their paint schemes so I can put them on the 1970 Dodge Challenger that is in the game.
Thanks..
Thanks..

I think there was also a number green #76 that ran a few races. I picked up a good book on the Trans Am series from Motorbooks International a few years ago with LOTS of great pictures from the original series, maybe you could find a copy of that.

It has taken a long time to get this one restored but it is done now.
9 years just in the restoration but a lot longer getting all the parts that we needed
This is the only Mopar trans am racer that has the original 303 motor along with the
original transmission, rearend, suspension, and everything that we could use that
are from the original Challengers. Even the shocks are original adjustable Koni's
Thanks Dave. (ViperDave)

I would love to see them revise the old Trans Am series with the new Challenger, Mustang, Camaro. It would be a lot more interesting and entertaining than the current NASCAR series.........
