Just watched the live stream of the release!!! It was awesome, although I don't know why they brought the dumbass Tuttle's on stage.

Only thing that's annoying is that they keep saying the production info is "up" on their website, but i keep going to it and it's the same old page its been for months.

Pretty dumb of them to direct people to that site and not even have it actually ready!!

and im almost certain those numbers are underated

 

Pretty impressive, this car is going to be incredible!!

 

Those numbers should be accurate if not underrated as I have read times for the 300C & Charger SRT-8s doing 0-60 in 4.7-4.8sec. I can't wait to see what the manual will be able to do when they start making those.

 

To tell you the truth, the numbers are not what I would have expected. I would have thought they would be a little better, maybe it is a weight thing, but I wouldn't carw. For me it is probably more power than I would need, so I would still get it.

 

I'm sure they're going to figure out how to lop some weight out of her for 09. That'll be an impressive feat, if they add hp/trq and reduce weight. Nice nice nice.

 

ill figure it out b4 they do haha..... but honestly i have been researching charger srt8s for a while to see what a 2 door with the same powertrain would do. and i was pretty much on the spot 4.9 seems right and a bit underrated because as RLSH700 said i have seen stock times of 4.7-4.8
