800 Number for info
OK due to the complaints by future Challenger owners about the 800 number being routed to India they have made some changes.
If you call the 1-800-992-1997 between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:45PM EST MON- FRI and when prompted for your last 8 of your VIN you tell the system your Challenger vin it will route you to the SRT call center and you will not be routed to India and they have up to date info. They are closed for lunch 12:00-1:00
Here is another way to talk to someone in the USA about your Challenger that will have basic info about your challenger order
Call 1-800-423-6343 Mon-Fri 8:00AM- 7:00PM and they will ask for your name and Zip code after that tell them you would like to be transferred to the Eastern Tennessee call center through there back door line and please do not transfer you to INDIA and they will transfer you there.
I have been frustrated with the lack of information Just keep in mind the call center people can only tell you what they see on there screen and that is all they know about your car.

RE: 800 Number for info
THANK YOU BUDMAN!! I gotta say... I have been getting very frustrated with the service from India. I cannot understand them with thier high pitched squealing voices and thier choppy fast speech. Drives me nuts!! The other day I told the guy I was talking to that I could not understand him about half a dozen times before he finally transferred me to someone else I could not understand. Finally I was told I would get a call back from an english speaking American. When I got home from work I had a message... from a fast choppy squealing high pitched Indian girl that I could not understand. Nice, eh? I will try the number and method you have prescribed. I was hoping someone would offer up just this sort of info! Thanks!!
