come on guys, we all know black is faster. thats the title of this topic. and we all know the internet dont lie. I do know that orange s faster then silver. There was a video of a silver and an orange on two runs swapping lanes for the second run. The orange won both times. So sorry all but it goes Black orange silver.

I saw the same utube vid. We SILVER Challenger owners dont ever want to make another Challenger brother look bad.

Southern California, California speedway on August 16. I will pull 1.7 - 1.8 60 foot on the OE tires, and run 12.7 - 12.8 @ approx 108 mph.

They are lame cause the not black. but no even a SILVER should be doing better then that. Other then those two the lowest times I have seen are mid 13s. Good luck at the track and if you in the 12s then I will give you credit for haveing a hella fast car. but that dont mean black is not faster

you win bro. Lets learn from that vid and say it was the challenger that won. I have seen 13.1's with the tune and CAI. I would guess the intake was well iced, and it was at a temp of 65. I could only hope to get those conditions. The rest will be gained the first 60 foot if she hooks.

 

I have herd that letter the automatic do the shifting other then slaptrick is faster. Any truth to that that you have seen? I have not really played around with it yet and I have not been doing any drags. If its true then there is one edge for you and maybe why they were a little slow. Bring lots of ice and kick some ass my friend.


Also is the area dusty? lots on stuff in the air? a missing air filter might help a little on a stock are but I would not want all that dust in there if the place is like that.

 

Hemi Orange (CRUSH) is KING. I heard that same about the auto transmission is faster then the slap stick. I'll find out when I meet up with my first manual SRT8.

 

while that would be a cool run, what I bet was useing the auto in its manual mode. With the full manual I think it will be faster as it iters the better rear end from what I am told.
we will see though. Best part about raceing another challenger is a challenger will win lol
