Default Hemi Ski Boat

How about a HEMI powered speed boat?
Actually, in 1966, Chrysler Marine had a 426 Hemi Super Ski Option. I remember seeing a blurb and a pic of the original Ad in MCG YEARS ago...

Found on Allpar's Hemi Central

There were hemis in boats as well. Chrysler Marine in Marysville, MI made a lot of them years ago and some are still around.
Several years ago Mayea (Mayea Boat Works of Fairhaven, MI) had Keith Black (of Chrysler hemi race engine fame) design manifolds and other parts for Mayea's marine engines. Today, they still build a few Hemis with the same components.
...And they are talking about 426s, not the 354 early hemis we all know of...Some of the Chris Craft Cobras came with them in 1955
I just tried finding the issue at the Mopar Collector's Guide site, but no dice...

This is the 1955 Chris-Craft Cobra...Hemi Powered! The only things this ride is missing is a.) Challenger equipped with the trailer tow package, and b.) 1960 Fury Square steering wheel!

One of my associates in Des Moines sent me this. If he's not drunk, he's usually a good source. But since he sent it from work, no telling what his blood alcohol level was:

Just glanced at tv and there was a commercial for the next "need for speed"
PS2 game. One of the cars was a new challenger.

I just recently came across a 1:18 scale Panther Pink (also available in Plum Crazy) Concept Challenger that is available for pre-orders: due for release in January '07.

There is a picture showing the scale in Panther Pink, although it states 'Color shown is Plum Crazy' you can see they are wrong.

I'll be pre-ordering mine soon!
