Default Challengers on the street?

I get the feeling that within the next week or so we will be seeing the new Challengers on the street all around. That's gonna be pretty sweet. Can't wait to see one in person. I'll probably drool on myself.

Well I just happend to be hanging around Talladega Super Speedway last weekend and I was looking over the back of the grand stand 66 row's from the bottom and what did I see in the Dodge area was not ONE but TWO challengers. I have had money on mine for over a year now and have not seen one yet. Well you dont know how close I came from just jumping over the back side of the grand stands but then I thought about it and well I decited to run down the stairs and almost fell a couple of times. Ok the Red one is a 2009 SRT8 6 speed and the Black one is a 2009 RT auto. And as you can guess my Fellow Forum Friends I turned into the dodge rep's best friend to get info to bring back to you all.

OK he said that they are running a couple of weeks behind due to body panels not fitting right. he said that the 6 speed shifts like a dreem and then he said "you know just like a Viper" I said yea I did not want to let him think that I was going to tell anybody what he was saying. andhe said whenIget mine and mess with it that youdo notwant to turn off the trc cntl it is quicker with it on. Well I got to sit in it and all I can say is it fits like a glove. I CANT TELL ANYONE what I did late sat night. But that car is well just crazy.

I gotta ask: With the exception of Paladin, everyone who's posted here as a list of autos in his signature line. Are these current vehicles or cars you've all owned in the past? I'd hate to admit I only currently own a 2000 Mustang and a 1989 Tempo (that one was inherited -- believe me, I'd never buy it and it's GONE the minute I get my Challenger). But if the lists are all the cars you've ever owned, mine would be:

1950 Ford
1970 Maverick
1968 Coronet (half ownership -- long story)
1970 Challenger
1977 Maverick
1985 Thunderbird
1986 Thunderbird
1994 Thunderbird
2000 Mustang
1989 Tempo
Pending: 2009 Challenger
Pending 2009 or 2010 Challenger (yes, I intend to get two of them).

I don't think your list is excessive. I'm 52 and I've owned 10 cars. You've owned 37, which would make you 192 years old, right?
