I would at least change the oil once and get rid of all the junk from the break in. Small metal and such that gets into the oil filter. just a good oil flushing. And allow the rings to seat. Then have at it

1, whats the best way to break in our new challengers , hammering it as we leave the lot cant be good for an engine with 3 miles on it?
2, What happens to all the cars they crash test can we get parts from them?
3, Who would have the best insurance offering?
4, Has anyone done the srt exsperiance thing?
I,m still in "C"
I don't think anyone answered #3... the best solution to get a lot of quotes. In my experience, Liberty Mutual and State Farm have given me pretty sh8tty rates. GEICO gave me laughably bad motorcycle rates. No experience with Allstate or anyone else. If you're in NJ, then NJ Cure gave me the closest thing to reasonable, though this is going back some years. There's another offering... American Manufacturers or something like that; they offer auto insurance, supposedly good, but you only get access to it if you work for certain companies.

lol former exit 9 resident!

Anytime government tells you must have something by law and then expects private companies to provide it at an affordable rate...

I remember a friend of mine got two 10 over tickets in quick succession when he was 21 and Allstate (I think) jacked his rate up to $4800/year. From $2800/year. On a car that costs maybe $17k. This is for a guy who was an A/B student, never had an at-fault accident in his life, and a 10 mile commute to work. All for going with the flow of traffic, doing 67 in a 55.

4800 a year?!?!? $400 a month for car insurance? Even that $2800 rate is insane! I'm 22 and I'm paying around $150 which is too much.

I wish I was making it up. It was the biggest rip-off. I mean, sh it, you might as well just total your car if you're paying that much. Worst thing that would happen is that the ins. company would pay the claim and drop you lol
