Default DCX Lay-Offs
I heard on the morning news that DCX announced a lay-off of just over 3000 people. Could this have a negative impact on the possible Challenger program? I sure hope not..

The news report I heard was that they were all going to be at corporate HQ in Stuttgart, Germany. None in the U.S.

20 to 40 THOUSAND??? Those are ford numbers... hadn't heard anything like that for DCX! You sure about those figures?

Found this news report.... nowhere near those figures you quoted.....

Numbers look closer to 6,000.

Those 6,000 are administrative jobs that are mostly redundant. Shouldn't hurt our baby's chances one bit!
