That's what I figured but when I couldn't flake any paint off, I started wondering if there is any paint on it.

I'm HOPING that there ISN'T any paint on it, as I HOPE my local dealership body shop have to paint me one (cause I'm not sure it'll ever be right then).

I'm HOPING that someone at the factory can pick up a white one out of a bin, put it in a box, ship it to my dealer and he bolts it on.

But life probably cant be that easy!

ORIGINAL: Mopar_Nut

A dealer near me had a white R/T on the lot, so I snapped some pics. It is pure white, but in some of the pics it looks yellowish because of the setting sun.

While I was out Challenger hunting, I also saw blue and titanium R/Ts at dealerships. Let me know if you guys want to see those pics.

I'ld like to see th e titanium color. Been checking websites here in CT for sometime, and nothing in the inventories yet

Won't let me attach more than 2 to a message. Here's a couple more.

Seriously, Andre, have you seen any color Challenger you haven't liked? I haven't. Personally, I didn't think dark titanium would look good, but it's cool, too.

I know I'm going to like the Tor-Red. My son-in-laws mother has a Charger Daytona R/T that is that color. The Charger has the black on the hood and on the rear end. It also has a black spoiler and all that breaks up the red and makes a very attractive car. I think it's the best looking car in town until my Challenger shows up.

great pics guys!

telecast76, it's really hard to match whites. I have a white 96 Avenger that has been painted twice is certain areas and you can see it if you look close.
Personally I'm gonna take the R/T. Spoiler off the first day and get it painted Matte Black.
Too much white on the R/T already me thinks

Yeah, I can imagine that matching is tough.

Besides matching, what I'm concerned about is whether the dealer paint (ie non-factory paint) will hold up. Someone backed into my 76 TransAm years ago and when the body shop changed the front spoiler & painted it, the "flex" paint held up for a few year and then bubbled. Perhaps a bad body shop but I'm concerned as to whether non-factory paint in general is ever going to be the quality of a factory paint job.

That's why I was hoping to hear that the spoilers were molded to body color and that the dealer would not be repainting it. And that's why I'm interested to hear that someone else actually WANTs their dealer to do some repainting.

Thoughts on post-factory paint quality?

I am with Carbon. Going to do the Matte Black to match the Chin Spoiler. Also put and R/T on there. Vin Win Today says that my car should be in Omaha on the 26th. If that happens, it will work out great as the nex day is When my Beloved Corn Huskers wil be taking it to the Hokies down the road a piece in Lincon.

You"d think I might have opted for Tor Red eh?

Anyways, not holding my breath.
