So sorry, Challengelover is 100% correct, hate to break it to you guys, but this "seller" has been hitting up auto forum after auto forum, starting up these "feeler threads" and then moving to order taking and then leaving people hanging.

You can find this "iKona" on Ford, Camaro, Acura, Dodge, honda, Scion, Hyundai websites. Often, pulling the same grifter type tactics (getting peoples confidence, asking for 'official' moderator permission to sell, seeming like a nice guy, just claiming to be feeling everyone out, jokes and funny smilies) and in the end, leaving grief in his wake with money spent and no products, then up and moving to a new auto forum when things get hot or he just gets OCD. Lots of angry people on forums (link) trying to get their money back and/or promised product. Search the web with Google, you will see his "feeler threads" all over the place. Seller has been banned from several sites, his threads closed, and then he just seems to move on and get interest and try to take more orders, having never finished business at the previous forum.

Be careful, do some quick research as the proof is all over the web, you might be very surprised about this iKona.

 

Wow... not a good story at all. Been over there reading and there are miles of posts that are none too flattering about I-KONA.

Guys, we have a network, and someone shows on the board selling something, and the mods let him?

We have managed to get great mods through feedback from each other as owners. Why take a chance on a 5 post wonder?
Im sure not everyone selling wares is a scammer, but it would seem many scammers target forums.

Guys shows up selling a tape down, or glue down plug for the ONLY lock on our car, and it works! It was going to be your EXACT color....

I hope no one got taken.

Well, I for one an confident that Mr. iKONA will reappear shortly and explain all this to everyone's complete satisfaction. He probably hasn't posted the past few days because he's busy manufacturing door plugs in appropriate colors for the thousands of orders turned in to plug up the ONLY keyhole on the car.

 

And, it's hard to type while running...............................
