My dad went to the dealer and they are asking 1500 to extend the warranty to 5 years...

There is no 100k mile warranty ? I don't want a third party warranty I want an official dodge one I recall paladin had this but i'm not sure can someone please tell me ?

 

SRT comes with a 3 year 36,000 warranty..I got a seven year extended warranty on mine for about $1,500.00 or so, would have too pull out paperwork to get details. Felt it was a good investment because of the high cost of repair and parts. I would recomend an extended warranty, BUT if you plan on doing any major mods, it may not be worth it as you could void both the base and extended warranty with turbos, superchargers, cams, computer reworking. It's more or less peace of mind..that I hope I never have to use.

 

I got the extended warranty as part of my auto insurance policy. I have it on all my cars.

 

Extended warranties use to be a waste of money, with the crap that is being made nowadays, they are a must!

i just got the warranty that comes with the car, cause i want to do mods, and i figured since chrysler/dodge people were all mis-informed scum bag lying bastards, that even if I had the warrenty they'd wessel there way out of it with me.

i mean they already managed to get out of the exhaust tip being crooked by trying to tell me that i did it.

 

I'm getting a 7yr/60,000 for only $858.00.
