The K cars were great cars for the money...I had a few, all with sticks.All were wagons. My favorite was the Woody!
30mpg and would go anywhere anytime.
I was caught in a hail storm in South Dakota in one, baseball sized hail!
$2200 damage. I was watching Storm Chasers last night and the Tahoe did not fair as well.

yes the K car was lee iacocca's claim to fame and a few people even wanted him to run for president due to his great business skills.... so sure if you have to bring back today's equivalent of K car... O.K. just build me an srt10 challenger

I was in my local grocery store last night and noticed that a magazine called “RIDES” had the green SEMA Challenger convertible on the cover and a six page story on the car, with lots of pictures. So for those who missed the SEMA Show, here’s a chance to see more of it……

go ahead for production, conversions....base price is 18k. All structural
underpinnings are engineered and chrysler approved.

I have no idea why articles even bring up Challenger convertibles.
It has been a dead horse from the beginning. Chrysler has never said it
it would ever do one. For what ever reason people keep bringing it back up. Just wishful thinking. We are just fortunate if the Challenger sticks around for a another year.

You have to figure there will be a 2010 Challenger. Otherwise, what will Dodge have to sell? Fiat isn't going to be able to take control fast enough for the American-designed Dodges to disappear. There very well could even be a 2011 model. After that, though, I have visions of little square econoboxes pouring out of the Brampton plant.
