Default Got my Go-Wing on..!!!

.
This is not the go-wing you are expecting..
It is better, IMHO..
Just the look I was going for..

Only thing missing is the hood scoop..
That may be a while..

The hardest part about the install was using the center punch on
my new deck lid.. and then the ......drilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll lllllllllllll

The bolts they supply are too short unless you want to mount it in the middle of the lid..
I put it back as far as I could without having to remove the lights..
So I used 2 - 6" and 2 - 5" 1/4 x 20 course thread "all-thread" (to match the spoiler threads)
you can buy at Ace Hardware for 1.99.. (you cut to size)
I still have to adjust the angle on it, but it was getting cold out.. (it was down to 50 deg..)

For those interested, you can buy these from
IPARTS@FREDERICKDODGE.COM in Youngstown, OH... (sound familiar..)
I got this one for 292.00 plus S/H

I mean no disrespect but that wing seems similar to the one on the Mustang GT I traded in to buy my Challenger. Post photo's if possible. Also does it bolt to the factory spoiler holes or did you have to fill holes?

Normally, I wouldn't put a spoiler like that on the Challenger, but considering how hard it is to see where the rear end is, that might be worth having just because you could see it out the rearview mirror while parallel parking.

Nice looking! I would consider putting one on mine. Now where is that plum crazy Challenger I have been looking for.

looks cool. are you planning on painting it the same color as the car?

On another note, that blue is starting to grow on me. Be nice if it was available for an SRT

No dis taken..
It is a reproduction of a 1970 Mopar "E" body Go-Wing spoiler..
I used to have an original on my `Cuda that weighed at least 15 lbs..
This one weighs less than 8 lbs..

There were no holes in the trunk lid until I took a drill to it..

I think if I painted it DWB, it would kinda fade away..
So I wanted it flat black, and I am going to leave it unpainted..

It looks good. I did not realize that you were an SE owner when I asked the question about the mounting holes. My bet is that the R/T and SRT spoiler holes are not in the same location as the mounting holes for the GO WING. It's a good looking car.

YES...Very nice, I like the look. I was hoping someone would mount one so that we could see how it looks on the New Challenger. I am planning to put up another deck lid later and mount a go wing as you did. Could you tell me how many inches the holes are from the edge of the deck lid?
And, don't paint the wing.....it was designed to be left in the flat black color...if you paint it, you will lose the look....
