Installing Stainless Door Sill Guards
I saw a thread somewhere regarding the installation of the Stainless Door Sill Guards. Someone said to put a soapy water solution on the 3m stick underneath the stainless sills so they can be moved into place easily. Then the soap solution will dry and the 3m stick will adhere to the Challenger sill. I just wanted to make sure that this is correct before I install mine.

RE: Installing Stainless Door Sill Guards
I wish I would have tried that.
I was being super careful trying to get my first one on and it stuck down like a Electronic Magnet and wouldn't come up before I knew it.
I kept trying to pull it up and I could tell it was bending, but it was in the wrong spot for sure.
I had to take rubbing alcohol to get it off slowly and it took another 30 mins to bend it back.
Honestly, there is no reason why that double sided tape needs to be super glue grade.
DON'T try and align it head on or top to bottom.
Start with the edge and slowly roll it down is what I suggest
