When I made my offer it was an "out the door" price. They deducted all their cost from my offer price, so the check was just the amount I was willing to pay.

I found several local dealers too who want MSRP for the 09 SRT, no mark ups

Being a production car, you should not have a problem. They are in FULL production as we speak. Did they give you a shipping invoice with a VON#?

If you havnt ordered it yet then I reccomend that you have them write down your agreed price on the shipper invoice with a VON# and get a receipt for the deposit. If someone comes in and offers more money on a car built exactly like yours, alot of bad dealers will sell it and just reorder yours. You dont want to have to wait.
