Well, to me, manual vs. automatic is still 1928 Hupmobile vs. modern 1970 Dodge:

Well, you and me getting auto's may not be the best way to gain fans around here (not that our cohorts are gonna shun us anyway), but I know I will be happier with it as will you. Practicallity abounds in my household as to why this is a better option for me and it's gonna make me the happiest. Sure I learned to drive a stick before an auto, it's also a cool looking gig, but just doesn't do it for me at this point in my life. Automatics are my transmission of choice.

I'M WITH YOU BOTH, I PREFER AUTO OVER MANUALS ALL DAY LONG, ESPECIALLY IN STOP & GO TRAFFIC.

I have 2 plans. If I am the first owner of one of these beautiful machines, It will be an automatic, as it will be the daily driver. If I am the second owner (when I am older and hopefully a richer guy) I will take a SE and mod it till it cant be mod any more that would most likely be a manual (switch out the transmission) as I will have a daily driver by then.

For me a phoenix v6 with a five to six speed auto would be perfect.

Is the T handle shifter for automatics?
I kind of like it.

Yes. The manuals will have a pistol-grip shifter.

Yeah I'm loving that T shifter. But something is coming to mind. Is it going to fit the R/T AND the SE or just the R/T? The rendered picture of it shows a whole setup with gear selection of 1,2,3,4,P,N, and R. I'm assuming that's just a thrown together render since that doesn't make much sense to me. I thought it would just be a matter of pulling out the leather shift knob and sticking the other one on. Anyone know?
