need help SOS!!!

hi all, i just imported 09 challenger and the stupid customs guy's try'd to start the engine with the battery unplug! so the key immobilizer code is lost. how can i recode it?

Why would he NEED to start it?

I don't see how that would kill the key code. I think there is a problem else where.

I just asked 2 Chrysler ele. techs about this and one LOL'ed the other is still ROFL. They both said they have done that a billion times and never had a key problem.
