I am very disappointed that Hemi-Orange will not be a color option for the 2009 SRT.

I can understand why they want the 2008 SRT to be unique, but why offer Hemi-Orange on the R/T?

I will consider Performance Red but I will have to see it in person before I decide.

 

I wish they would get a dark green. That would be nice, but I probably won't get my way on this one.

 

I'm with you Cuda 340, they really needed to offer Hemi Orange in the SRT version. Maybe they will have a R/T SE with the better colors, kind of like the Daytona Charger.

 

I'm with you on the dark green, I think it would look good. Maybe if enough people want it...

 

Finally, another dark green fan. I love dark green.

tnek, Cuda340, DK challenger, and anyone I might be forgetting on this point: Although I'm not into Orange, it should be offered as that is commonly associate with this car. I think they are making a mistake by not offering it...yet...

 

Do you want a dark green like the Bullitt Mustang or would you want a dark green pearl?

 

I hate to say it but im kinda glad there only haveing the hemi Orange in the 08s .Will they offer it on any 09s at all if they dont it will help the 08s hold there value better .And sence they are costing us out the rearend it would be kinda nice to know when you see a hemi orange car its a 08 limited .I would love to have a sassy grass green to mach my 71 cuda convert but dont see that comeing anytime soon. I hope production starts end of the month or at least we get vins soon .

 

The color I would like is the color my Intrepid currently has (Spruce). During the day it looks green, but under certain light at night it looks like a greenish-blue. It's one of those colors that has sort of a sparkle effect to it, I think like what you described the Challenger Concept of having. It looks classy.

The Bullitt I have not seen in person, but from the pictures it reminds me of a military green that you will see on their vehicles, a little bland for my taste. Ford's current offering of green is pretty bland in several of their cars if you ask me. Do you have a sample of the dark green pearl for me to look at for comparison.
