I believe this is why we should be happy with what they have offered. We can mix and match through Mopar or other aftermarkets the parts we want to change. Everyone personalizes their car the way they want. If you are more performance oriented you choose engine and suspension, ect. type upgrades. If your more into looks in the interior or body then you look into those things. That is what makes it your car. I am very pleased with the Challenger cars they have gave us and I will be modifying mine to suit my taste. This is why they have the Mopar and SRT upgrades you can add as you see fit. I see alot of nice parts that were well thought out and will be available almost as soon as you get your car. I lean more towards a stock appearing car with lots of goodies under the hood and at the four corners... so watch out for stock appearing Challengers. You might just run into me on the streets

yes that T handle auto shifter looks great can't see why anyone would stick with the stock ugly one when you can have that

This is awsome, if they dotn have these parts when i take order on the 08, ill bring the car back for all dealer installed items, exhaust cold air intake, headers! This is just like 1970! And the best part is when u have the dealer do it they tie the parts to the vin #. Grand spalding and Mr norms all over again.

I'm with you there, what do you think the gains will be 25-30 hp?

I would think that would be correct. Also I will be buying the upgraded subwoofers that are in the pics for the trunk. That will keep me from having to have a custom sound system installed!

After that I will probably send the ECu off to DC performance to have the reprogramming done.

[:@] blocked websites at work, can't see the pics. Well maybe when I get home, or someone feels sorry for me, and post them here . From the sounds of things, seems like a lot of people here owe Dodge a slight apology. Kind of tuff at times to see the forest through the trees. Sounds like there has been some homework done on their part. Every new model is bound to hit a few snags here and there

Yep, I thought this list was impressive and well thought out. The execs even mentioned these "customized parts" at the press conference in NY. I do believe they have heard us!!

Now lets hope these dealer supplied parts are covered under the cars warranty.
