Let's just hope that the 08s sell quickly so then it will convince Cereberus to keep making these. I don't know who keeps coming up with stupid testing procedures like this in Chrysler as it seems to have people like this no matter who is in charge but they need to be gotten rid of as this approach is not a very wise one.

I think there is a difference between the GT500 ADM and the Challenger SRT8s. The GT500's were supposed to be a two year run only. They only came with the 6 speed manual and 500 HP Engine. The 08 SRT8's are autos and have no stated end date of production. No doubt some dealers will try to gouge their customers, but the savvy buyer knows that more options and plenty of supply are just around the corner. That wasn't true when the first GT500's were sold.

 

He's not referrring to the 6.4L Hemi he is referring to a different engine line.
