The latest rumor is that you can order a 2009 starting in June.
You will be able to order the 2009s long before that, order banks will open in February or March, still trying to nail down the date. It's looking likely that they will open the banks near the debut of the base and R/T models in March.

Production of the 2009 models is currently set for June, earlier than originally planned.

KZ: Released by plant , invoiced
KZL: Released - not shipped
KZM: First rail departure
KZN: First rail arrival
KZO: Delayed/recieved
KZOA: Plant holds
KZOB: Zone/distribution holds
KZOC: Carrier delays
