I have two annoying rattles one in the head liner, has sun roof rear part of the opening sound like its a double faced tape sticking then unsticking.. In dash ( very annoying )does this car have anything mechanical like speedo cable thats what it sounds like?

I have 9500 miles live on a bumpy road the headliner is very lose and floppy the dash rattle seems to be between the plastic lense and surround..... any one else have any rattles
