Has anyone seen anything about how many 09s have been produced? Now, the main reason I took journalism in college was because it required no math classes, but using the figures available on the Unofficial Dodge Challenger Registry (and assuming the percentage of people registering on the site stayed the same), I figure Dodge should at least have orders for 17,653 2009 cars. You see, there were 334 registrations for the 6,400 2008 models (5.2 percent). Currently, there are 918 registrations for 09s. That would be 5.2 percent of 17,653 cars. Wonder if this is even close.

Somewhere a month or so I read that they had been producing roughly 3000 per month. Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec = 5 months * 3000 = 18,000 (and with the plants being closed for awhile in Dec? the # might be more like 17,000).

So I would hazzard to guess your method may be fairly accurate!!!
