The WSS was a dress-up option on Challengers sold in the western part of the U.S.

It included the following:

"Western Sport Special" Decal
Vinyl Roof
Wood Grained Instrument Panel Appliqué
Remote Control Mirror
Rim Blow Steering Wheel
Sill-Belt & Cowl Moldings
Front Splash Pan Scoop
F78X14 White Side Wall Tires
Rear Astrotone Painted Appliqué (Argent Painted Tail Panel)
Pedal Dress Up
Bumper Guards Front and Rear Rubber Inserts
Rallye Wheels.

I guess that you could order any engine with the WSS option. However, there was never a 383 T/A. If you found one it was not the original engine.

I don't know as I have yet to see it in person, but I would tend to doubt it would roll down as most coupes I have ridden in do not roll down the rear windows. They are normally fixed in place. I think the days of crank windows are pretty much gone. Many cars come standard with power windows. We have had quite a few vehicles that have had those and I think the only one that we have had problems with is my dad's current Taurus but that is because it was involved in an accident and nothing on that particular door ever seems to work right anyways. I think it depends on how much you use them. I don't use them that often.

Seems to me I heard that there were a couple made... not sure if it was urban legend folklore kind of stuff, or real though...

ORIGINAL: tupperware

sorry to report there were only 2 window buttons in the cars at Chicago..
Funny thing about the neons... 2 window buttons for front windows... and cranks for rear windows... [&:]

I have almost 180000 on my car with electric windows. Age of car is 12 years old. No problems yet with the windows nor does it leak.

Yeah, back then I'd bet power windows were relegated to Chrysler's, Olds, Buicks, Caddys and Lincolns right?
