To me these cars are about making you happy and enjoying the ride what each person pays is a choice made. Also Challengers will hold value better than most other cars, drive almost any other car off the lot and see what its worth the next day. Just waiting patiently for delivery in the next 10 days

superman 12 , I got mine from Bulher Dodge in Eatontown, NJ for $300 below MSRP. I ordered it back on may 15 th and just got it on Sept,25 th. I also got an offer for to order a 2009 R/T with everything but my gig and a sunroof for $300 above invoice which is about $1,200 below MSRP but I would have lost my $1,000 deposit at the other dealer. This offer was by LUCAS Dodge. in Lumberton , NJ . Believe me If I had not ordered at the other dealer and already been moved ahead in the order status along with the deposit I definitely would have bought from Lucas as they were extremely nice, respectful and knowlegable . Good Luck where ever you go , Fat Cat[sm=gears.gif]

Superman,

If you are close to NYC, I know for a fact the Manhattan Dodge has 2 more black loaded Dodge Challenger R/T's loaded. They had three, but I took one off their hands. They will sell it to you for MSRP, maybe a little less. It is on 48th Street and 11th Avenue, ask for Neil Iton, tell him Grubby73 sent you, ha. Don't under any circumstances go to Rockland Dodge.

Good luck!

Good way to look at it Taylor... right on. I know others have gotten pretty uptight about pricing and paying MSRP etc.. but bottom line its an awesome car and well worth the money in my ever so humble opinion. Difference between MSRP and Invoice is only about 2k on the SRT8 plus there is some holdback. Not a huge amount of room for the dealer to play with any way you look at it. Was happy to pay MSRP for mine and start being able to drive it and play with some mods... way more satisfying to me than stressing over a couple hundred bucks. I can certainly live with my decision to help out with the economic stimulus for our American brothers and sisters too.

Enjoy the ride... hows the grin holding up?

Cheers Bro! [sm=icon_cheers.gif]
