SE under powered?
I also disagree. My current vehicle is rated at 221HP and with added accessories and tune/ CAI it get atleast 250HP. It is adequate power for Los Angeles freeways acceleration and torque are great. Sure it wont beat that Charger R/T or Mustang GT buy you know what, it gets 23 city/ 28 hwy with the A/C "on". I cannot complaint. 300HP is more than enough also. But you now what, I now ask for a Challenger R/T with 370HP (may it be delivered soon
) and if I reach 385HP with accesssories I would be a really happy fellar.

Technically even the MOPAR CAI is not warrantied. Any Mopar part that is a performance part, which is designated by a P as the first character of the part number, carries absolutely zero warranty with it. However, they would need to prove that the aftermarket part, even if its the mopar cai, was the cause of the problem to deny warranty work to other parts of your drivetrain. But no matter what aftermarket CAI you put on, even if its a mopar one, that CAI itself carries no warranty, unless I guess the manufacturer for some reason opts to offer a warranty of that particular part through their company.
As for the predator tune, that basically voids your entire drivetrain warranty if they find out you have it in there. Some people simply flash the stock tune onto the car before bringing it in for service. I can understand flashing it back to stock just so they will not hassle you during an oil change or routine maintenance of your car. But, if you are flashing it back to stock so they will do warranty work on the drivetrain that is basically committing fraud there.

Having a warranty on the actual cai doesnt really concern me. I guess if I really had to have any work done at the dealer I could just take it off to avoid any potential problems. Theyre always looking for an excuse to charge you more or get out of doing free work.
Anyway, getting into anything more than the intake just sounds too costly to me anyway and if I could afford it Id just get the R/T.
