Hey trev, how are you doin'? You need to find another dealership. Most dealerships love warranty work because they can do very little work and charge the factory. That place sounds really bad. Most places would jump at the chance to fill a bay for an hour and charge Chrysler.

 

Service guy at the dealer told me they had to straighten one of mine so when I got the car they were lined up. One was crooked from the factory though.
