your probably right but I thought it was just unusual to see it starting at or below MSRP instead of 10-20 thousand over MSRP.

Lets all buckle up, its going to be a wild ride. Turn up the tunes and watch out for all the tire smoke. I believe we are starting to see the wick turned up. Buzz on our forums are up and the news about the Challenger is starting to get to a fever pitch. Lets stand back and watch the excitement build Man I love the smell of high octane fuel in the morning

This is why I don't look up how much people are paying for the first ones. All it causes is envy and anger, and I frankly think its a waste of time and energy to focus on things we can't change. Wait a while and we will all be able to afford them. Patience is a virtue and it can save you $20K in this business. First year runs will be more valuable in the future, but in my opinion not worth it. They will have first year problems, less powerful engine choices, less desirable transmission choice, and limited to one color.

The Dodge sales manager I talked to, said he was also going to wait and he would get a better color selection as well.

I don't doubt it. The very first models are going to have less options as they will not have to offer as many options to get it to sell as it is already popular on its own. They will offer options as the buzz starts to die down as a way to regain people's attention and interest.
