Haha a kid argued with me for about an hour and he swore that the 426 was a 6.1.. Just goes to show the knowledge of some of my peers.

6.4 392 cid. Guy told me that the 6.1 was a 392. He was a tried and true old school MOPAR man. I just let it go and we talked of years gone by and things that we were so much more familiar with. Dana 60s, six-packs, holleys and carters. They mean something to us but most young guys just look on with a glazed look. I have 2 sons 24 and 21 years of age, I try to keep up with todays lingo, YO. So I hope I never need an interpretor. I never want to lose out on the car talk.

He may be confused because of the name Hemi and the fact that both the 426 and 6.1 both have 425 hp.
