500 miles is what the owners manual states. Some WOT throttle allowed but limited.

mine seems a bit sluggish too, but I've heard it will wake up after the break in.
I'm only at 200miles now.
BTW........how many miles are we supposed to take it easy with this car before we open it up?
I haven't gotten that far in the manual yet......8)

Dealers and manufacturers have a warranty to worry about so definately want to have you play nice.

I've broke loose at 200-miles. And she was a beast. At 300-miles we've shot the 1st Zoomers video seen on YouTube. And at 500-we've done some burn-outs and installed the Zoomers X-pipe. She sounds like a 70's muscle car now. I think Andre and the fellas are right, drive-it like you stole-it; it's a Hemi by the way. [8D]
My Challenger is about to hit 600-miles tomorrow. Maybe a trip to Nevada is in order to break her in further. [sm=gears.gif]

I've got 3.92 gears on my Ram... and can cruise at 80mph's under 2300RPM's... So im not sure where your getting that from... My truck is much better on gas on the highway... I bet I could put it in cruise control at 90mph and still be under 3,000rpm's...
