Im sure by now youre almost sorry that you got the Challenger gig. Dodge announced production starting February 6, 2008, with deliveries of the Challengers in spring 2008. It is now summer and it appears that less than one third of the cars are shipped. It also appears, that even when you have a completed car, there is a quality issue and or a transportation issue. By the time most of us receive our vehicles, it would be the normal delivery month of your 2009 models. Myself and all that I know with this car on order are very dissatisfied with the company. Also, on top of your assembly and delivery problems, your dealer network is charging such a premium, that we should expect service over and above normal.
I would suggest that Dodge do something to pacify their customers. Just to brainstorm 1. Allow the 2008 Challenger owners to qualify for your 2.99 gas deal 2. A factory rebate for our trouble 3. A 500 dollar coupon for genuine Mopar parts 4. Free delivery charges. You get the idea.

Bluestang that'd be great. I'm not looking for an 08. In fact I probably won't get one until march. I'm looking at an R/T or SE but I'm not buying til I can find someone to beat msrp. I know the game most dealers play with the new hot cars. Look at the mustang, they were going for over msrp when they came out and nowadays you can pick one up for $5000 off. Not looking for invoice or anything but I won't have buyers remorse, especially when I get it every week at the gas station

but i don't think its going to happen soon enough...
now all joking aside where the hell is yours and my car.....oooh i did read that there are some challengers that were damaged at the kansas city rail yard from hail...
i would almost put some money on it that one of them is mine.......i know Budman has the inside connection and he keeps calling on yours and my cars....
i talked to him today and he is going to call again tonight...lets see what they say now....talk to you soon Joani

It is a crazy report, still pending inspectio since 12th. There is no record of shipping to windsor which we know must occur. The car has to go to Windsor so I doubt the 21st is any good. Even though the wait is bad if they would just tell you what is going on , you could get on with your life.
