I was going to put a 7.0L (stroked 426 6.1L) in it, but dont have the heart to do that to the 08. I plan to purchase a SE and gut it for racing in the winter or early spring. Just the bolt ons and a converter for this one. (as of now, lol)

Very good spottin' mopar2ya! It was the first gas stop by the dealer and was pure fluke. He has had his for about a month and is waiting on a lowering kit.

I matched your speed going home (or very close), but want to get a very short film at 165. That will beat the fastest utube vid to date by 9 mph.
My girlfriend went with me today and took the footage. I had no idea it was on utube until she sent me the link.

Keep the intake cool, and avoid hot lapping it. Even a few bags of ice to cool the intake between runs will show gains. At 400 per tire, stay on the wet side of the burn out box. Get them hot, and let decent track prep do the rest. Good luck!

 

Thanks , that's good to know about the ice.Guess we're gonna have to bring a cooler , luckily it doesn't open till 6pm so starting to cool down a bit already.I think more people in Brevard and Orange county have seen a Challenger in the last 55 hours than the last two months combined LAMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
