The recorded voice first asks which of 4 options you want, something along the lines of ......service contracts, billing, towing, etc., and then says "If you're calling about something else, say "I'm calling about something else".
After you say "I'm calling about something else", the recorded voice says "In order to route your call, I need one of the following numbers... phone number, reference number or vehicle identification number. Say "vehicle identification number", the recorded voice will ask for the last 8 numbers of the VIN. Then you just key the last 8 of the VIN onto your phone keypad, and she'll say that she's routing your call, and that the call may be monitored, etc.

I have spoken to them 4 or 5 times, and have never spoken to anyone who sounded remotely foreign. Perhaps it's because I tend to call fairly early in the day (around 9:00 a.m. eastern time) and Chrysler's volume of calls probably goes up as our neighbors to the West get up and started on their day.

Just got done looking out my window at work, and what did I see. Nothing but a Dodge Challenger. Silver, Sunroof, MyGig. It has Michigan Manufacturer Tags, so don't know if is a production model or what. It was a bit dirty, but probably due to the trip. Now all I got to do is get mine of it's D status and I'll start to be a little more happy. Pics taken with my i-phone so bear with me on the quality.
