My Dealer just called and said come pick my Challenger up. NOT Just thought I would get some harts back pumping. I did call him and mine was supposed to be built on 04-04 but went to a scheuled hold for some reason, and he looked and it was not assigned a rail car yet. He said he was going to call his rep and if he found out anything he would call.

 

I spoke with the regional manager in my area and he clearly stated there would be no 2008 deliveries for 40 to 60 days. Sorry guys but that is what he said.

 

I vote we start calling the dealers in numbers haveing them call the regional managers and complaining in large numbers .They start geting 3000 complaints a week there bond to listen at the risk of looseing millions of bucks . My dads dealer offered to order me a 09 tr at cost today I am really thinking about it .I could save near 15000 and the way it looks now I would have my car within weeks of haveing my 08 .This is very sad they have had years to get this reqdy and still cant get it done .[:@]


By the way did anyone eles slip back into D status my dads car and the car that was being tracked on red letter dodge both no longer show up so I take it there back to D .MY dads dealer said that dodges computer crashed yesterday so maybe that has something to do with it.

 

I already sent the email to Dodge today. I think everyone should send an email everyday. I asked for the opportunity for my car to be changed to 09 and give me more options.

 

04RAMSRT10 could you post a link I would be more then happy to email the worthless people at dodge to express me extreme displessure with how they are treating us and will so everyday as should anyone who has a car on order .

 

Is anyone on this board still in C? I am being told all were taken to at least D as of yesterday, and all will be built this month. If the source is correct we will see a press release stating the same in the next day.

Thanks, I just checked the manual and it looks like we're getting both the push-button start and the remote start on the 2008's. I thought that I read that they weren't coming out until 2009.

Go to www.5.dodge.com contact us then email then load them with vin# name and complaint I think we should all lay it on them. We all have money down and some of us fools put a bunch down to get the stinking car. That is between us and the dealer but Dodge told me I would have my car in April! Now in looks more like late June at the earliest.

 

I'm still here and still in I status. Nothing new, nothing period!!! Someday maybe!?!!

 

40 to 60 days from today before delivery? That means they will have officially run production for almost two months before they ship one vehicle? Are they producing like four cars a day or what? I just find it hard to believe that they anticipate that kind of delay. If it's true the plant manager and all the engineers should be fired. This product has been on the burner for years, to have these kinds of delay is inexcusable. [sm=dontgetit.gif]
