I was told by my Chrysler Financial rep that they are having a problem with the software that operates the ignition/remote start/push button process. They are having issues like the cars quitting while driving down the road and randomly not starting.

I thought he was messing with me but apparantly it's true ?

 

well..i really dont have a dog in this fight..however i was seriously thinking of a new 09 ram and was anxiously awaiting arrival of the new trucks...with all these problems looks like a new ford..hate to do it but i am not dealing with cerbus as they obviously have no clue on how to run an auto company nor do they give a crap about the customer

 

Well I just wrote them a nice long email at dodge.com and I will send them a couple a week If we all start doing this maybe after they get a couple thousand they might get the point .

 

For what it's worth my car moved to F status (paint) today.

congrats sounds like maybe you will at least get your car this summer. i am seriously thinking about a 09 myself if they don't hurry up i want to DRIVE mine this summer but i was told june just like everyone else. if you think emailing the cerebus idiots will help ill head there rigt now and send em a bomb this oughta be fun

 

For what it is worth mine has gone from C to D to D1 to D to D1 and today I am back at D.

 

Looks like Bob Frederick (RLD) has also gone back to a D status.

i just went to the chrysler finance website and dropped them a big old bomb and finished off with " if this is the way cerebus is going to take care of there loyal customers maybe my business is going to go somewhere else! " can't wait till they call me back this should be very entertaining. [:@]
