Way to go, Fat Cat! My salesman just e-mailed me saying they expect to have mine in hand by Wednesday. That's great, cause I'm on vacation next week and if the Challenger shows up, that gives me the perfect excuse NOT to waste time painting the bedroom!

Oh. I got to thinking about insignia. I decided not to put the script badges on the side. Instead, I'm going with this RiderGraphix stripe in glossy black. The Challenger is a big car and that's a LOT of white space. This should break it up nicely. However, I'm still removing the modern Challenger badge from the grille and putting a script one there.

Fatcat, good for you! Almost in hand and I bet you are excited as all get out. I hear you about the stress of waiting the weekend. I would be going nuts knowing it was that close and I couldnt get it. That is just plain torture. But, on the bright side, you will have it very soon and they you can regale us in tales of wonders about your car! And, uh, dont forget the pics dude!

Thanks, Ryan. I've yet to see a white one in real life. But then again, I'd only seen pictures of the Challenger when I ordered mine. I didn't actually see one till a week or so later. I had no regrets when I saw an 08 in person. Dodge did it right.

I STILL havent seen one in person. A fact that I hope gets remedied when MossOnARoc and SF18C pick theirs up from the port. Im hoping one of them will stop by Wiesbaden. If not, Ill just have to wait until I get Big Red.
